Customer Management¶
To protect the system from incorrect entries, the MobiLec system supports the configuration of attributes for special fields. Each customer has their own configuration to maximise flexibility. The configuration of the attributes is checked when saving so that only meaningful configurations are possible.
General¶
Configuration¶
In the general configuration, customer properties are stored that are necessary for the Management of the company in the MobiLec system. The information stored here is displayed in other areas of the system, provided it has been entered.
Object number¶
The object number is the unique identifier of an active object for a customer.
The description of the object number influences the display of the input masks in MobiLecMini. The text selected here is displayed as a description when object numbers are entered.
A value can be selected for the length that allows either a variable or fixed length of characters.
The format defines the formal structure of the content of the object number.
Market number¶
The store number serves as a unique identifier for a specific branch of a company.

The uniqueness defines whether the mart number may be unique for active objects at a company. If this is the case, the uniqueness can be restricted to a range.
Plant number¶
The plant number is used to uniquely identify a refrigeration system at a company.

Optional and required fields¶
Depending on the company and its requirements, the necessity of entry can be entered for special fields. It is possible to define a field as an optional field or as a mandatory field. If a field is configured as a mandatory field, the MobiLec system prevents the entry if no value has been entered for this field.
Plant configuration¶
As the various operators of refrigeration systems are active in different business areas, there is a need for customised individual configuration of the properties of the refrigeration systems. This includes the types of refrigeration systems used and the type of utilisation.
The possible combinations of type and utilisation of the refrigeration system can be configured individually for each company. Optionally, the minimum and maximum filling quantity of the refrigeration system during regular operation can be entered for each useful combination. This procedure minimises incorrect entries by users.
