Procedure - Creating a refrigeration system

Before refrigerant movements and service entries can be stored for a refrigeration system, the MobiLec label must first be labelled and attached to the system, then the system must be created in MobiLec.

Identification of the plant with a MobiLec plant number label, including indication of the location

The label is used to identify the refrigeration system on site. The number of the MobiLec label is consecutive and unique. It accompanies the installation until the end of its life cycle and can thus only be activated once. Based on the MobiLec system number, the entries of service actions or refrigerant movements of the respective system are stored in MobiLec. The label must be attached to the refrigeration system or the control cabinet in the immediate vicinity of the refill point.

Register refrigeration system

The following procedure is recommended:

• Change in the system to the form for entering the new refrigeration system.
• Enter all data according to the system's specifications.
• The system automatically carries out the necessary steps.

The entry of the location and the plant number differs depending on the selected operator.
