Inactive objects and refrigeration systems

If an object is inactive, no further actions can be carried out in any of the associated refrigeration systems. If the object is active and a refrigeration system is inactive, the same rule applies to the refrigeration system concerned. However, such an inactive refrigeration system can be reactivated in the system with a new Commissioning. A new Dismantling is only permitted for active refrigeration systems and automatically deactivates the refrigeration system in the system.

Create, edit entries

To simplify the administration of entries, the MobiLec system differentiates between the various operations that are performed on entries. Creating a new entry differs from editing in that the system runs through various automatic processes until the actual entry is saved. When an entry is edited, the system assumes that the user is qualified to use the system and only runs through functions that check the validity of the data entered. In addition to saving the entries themselves, the automatic functions include creating further entries, changing existing entries and sending notifications.
