Refrigerant flows¶
Plausibility¶
To prevent errors during input, the data is checked for plausibility. The following general rules apply:
- The filling quantity of a refrigeration system must not be less than 0 kg.
- The filling quantity of a refrigeration system must not exceed 2000 kg.
- The filling quantity of the Refrigerant flows must not exceed the filling quantity of the refrigeration system.
Changing the master data of refrigeration systems¶
Adding and cancelling Refrigerant flows can result in changes to the master data of refrigeration systems, but changing or deleting a Refrigerant flow cannot. This procedure is based on the differences between the input interfaces and their primary users. All systems developed for smartphones are used exclusively for registering new actions. The Portal is used to administer and analyse these entries.
Reasons¶
System customisation¶
A system adjustment is selected if the filling quantity of the Plant has to be adjusted due to a change in the systems supplied by the refrigeration system. With such an entry, the system adds or subtracts the corresponding quantity from the system fill quantity.
Plant extension¶
A Plant extension is selected if the filling quantity of the Plant needs to be adjusted due to a change to the refrigeration system itself. With such an entry, the system adds or subtracts the corresponding quantity from the system fill quantity.
Replacement¶
For such an entry, the system adds or subtracts the corresponding quantities from the system filling quantity.
Dismantling¶
Such entries are only permitted for active refrigeration systems.
During Dismantling, all refrigerant is completely removed from the refrigeration system. When such a Refrigerant flow is entered, the status of the refrigeration system changes from active to inactive. When such an entry is made, the system subtracts the corresponding quantity from the refrigeration system charge.
Fill quantity correction¶
Such entries are only permitted for refrigeration systems with CO2 refrigerant and do not change the filling quantity of the refrigeration system.
Damage¶
Damage corresponds to a complete loss of refrigerant in a refrigeration system.
Commissioning¶
Such entries are only permitted for deactivated refrigeration systems.
When such a Refrigerant flows is entered, the status of the refrigeration system changes from inactive to active. The entered filling quantity is added in full to the filling quantity of the refrigeration system.
Refilling¶
Refilling is only permitted within 3 months of a commissioning. To do this, the system checks whether a commissioning entry exists within the grace period or whether the year of manufacture of the refrigeration system falls within the previous 3 months.
Leakage¶
If an attempt is made to enter a Leakage with more than 90 % of the filling quantity of the refrigeration system, this entry is evaluated as Damage.
Refrigerant origin and use¶
If refrigerant is withdrawn from or added to a refrigeration system, the type of origin must be recorded for withdrawal and the type of use for addition. The terms described below are used for this purpose.
New goods¶
This means a product of appropriate quality in accordance with DIN.
Waste disposal¶
This means transferring a product to another location, usually in order to destroy it.
Recycling¶
This means reducing the impurities in the refrigerant. This is done by reducing impurities in used refrigerants by separating oil, removing non-condensable gases and using equipment such as filters, dryers or filter driers to reduce moisture, acidity and particulate content.
Reprocessing¶
This means that used refrigerants are reconditioned in accordance with the specifications for unused products.
Refrigerant identification number¶
The refrigerant identification number is used to trace the refrigerant. For example, the batch or bottle number must be entered here, to be able to trace the origin or whereabouts of the refrigerant.
Waste disposal company¶
The specification of a disposal company is used to record the change of responsibility of the refrigerant and the certified company.
