Objects

In the MobiLec system, objects are containers for refrigeration systems. This can be a branch or a transport unit, for example. The object must be assigned a customer who is registered as the responsible operator of refrigeration systems. The different customers and their special requirements for the MobiLec system result in different input masks for the administration of entries. Each object has properties that are used for analysability and the role system.

Object number

The object number serves as the unique identifier of an object for a customer. Only one active object can exist for this number for a customer within the MobiLec system. All user entries are checked for possible errors as far as possible by the MobiLec system.

Store number

The Store number serves as a unique identifier for a specific branch of a company. Its benefit lies in enabling the clear identification and localisation of a specific shop and thus facilitates communication between the companies involved.

Critical data

Critical data is considered by the parties to be particularly worthy of protection. This includes, for example, the telephone number of an object. Such data can only be viewed or changed by users who have a legitimate interest in this data.
