Plants

Plants are the refrigeration systems that are managed in the MobiLec system. The refrigeration systems are assigned objects via the object number and the company. This results in a relationship to the company, which is considered the owner of the refrigeration system. Since an operator of refrigeration systems has special requirements for the MobiLec system, the input masks for the administration of the corresponding entries also differ here.

Plant number

The system number is used to uniquely identify a refrigeration system at a company. Only one active refrigeration system can exist for this number within the MobiLec system at a company. All user entries are checked for possible errors as far as the MobiLec system is able.

Plant types and uses

The type and usage specifications of refrigeration systems are used for labelling and categorisation. These properties describe the type of refrigeration system and its area of application. These properties enable the MobiLec system to minimise incorrect entries by users. The properties also help in the search for data records and are used for subsequent analysis.

The corresponding selection lists depend on the company and are individually configurable. This means that the possible combinations of Plant types and uses differ from company to company. A minimum and maximum filling quantity of the refrigeration system can optionally be configured for each possible combination. This again reduces the possibility of incorrect entries by users.

Location description

The "Location description" input field is used to enter detailed information about the location or position of a refrigeration system. Helpful information includes, for example, the surroundings, prominent landmarks, special conditions or access options. The more detailed the description, the easier it is for others to find the location.
