Service activities

Reasons

Leak test

This type of activity is selected if the refrigeration system has been tested for leaks.

Inspection

This type of activity is selected if a visual inspection of the refrigeration system for irregularities has been carried out.

Repair

This type of activity is chosen when the refrigeration system has been repaired or overhauled.

Maintenance

This type of activity is selected if maintenance has been carried out on the refrigeration system.

Gas detector test

This type of activity is selected if the gas warning device has been tested.

Note The gas detector test can only be entered for CO2 or propane refrigeration systems. From 1 January 2016, the quarterly test log after filter evaluates gas detector test actions every six months if the plant has not been deactivated for gas detector tests. Missing entries may have an impact on the status column in the quarterly test log after filter for some operators.

Condenser cleaning

This type of activity is selected when the condenser of the refrigeration system has been cleaned of dirt.

Status

Depending on the type of service activity, a corresponding status can be selected to characterise the activity. This status provides information about the success or failure of a completed service activity, for example.

Component

For some types of service activities, a component of the refrigeration system on which the activity was carried out can be selected in addition to the action itself. This component specification serves the traceability and analysability of the service activities performed.
