User roles¶

Introduction¶

The MobiLec rights system is organised according to company structures and their relationships to each other. It is divided into user roles and rights. Each user role has different rights that can be assigned to its users. The relationships between them result in the authorisations that the refrigeration companies, operators and their Advisers have.

Managed data¶

MobiLec manages refrigeration system data with regard to refrigerant monitoring. This includes information about the location, its responsibilities and the activities carried out on the refrigeration system. Such an activity is not only described by why and when which action was carried out on a refrigeration system, but also who was responsible for it, see EC Regulation (1005/2009 Art. 23 Para. 3). This information is made available to persons who have controlling or Management authorisation in the MobiLec system. This data always includes the name of the person and the refrigeration company for which the person worked at the time of the activity. Other information, such as e-mail address and telephone number, is hidden if it is not required for administrative purposes.

The Refrigeration plant manufacturer¶

A Refrigeration plant manufacturer (RPM) is the term used in the MobiLec system for a user of a refrigeration company. The refrigeration company and its users are responsible for carrying out leak tests, maintenance work, etc. on refrigeration systems, as well as checking and possibly refilling refrigerant in the event of leaks. If a refrigeration company wants to install objects or refrigeration systems for an operator, the refrigeration company must be authorised by the operator. This means that the operator agrees to the refrigeration company having access to the operator's properties. In principle, a refrigeration company has access to all objects of the authorised operators and their refrigeration systems for which it is responsible, as well as their entries for service actions and Refrigerant flows.

Each user of a refrigeration company must be assigned one of the following roles.

The operator¶

An operator is the owner of objects. They can create new objects and edit and delete existing objects. They can also fully manage the refrigeration systems that belong to their objects. The operator can set parameters such as the refrigeration system's filling quantity, the refrigerant used, etc., as well as the refrigeration company responsible for the refrigeration system. They can also see all actions that have been carried out in the refrigeration systems of their properties. If a refrigeration company creates an object or a refrigeration system for an operator, this refrigeration company is automatically stored as the company responsible. However, this is only possible if the refrigeration company is authorised for the operator. Refrigeration systems and objects can be edited by the refrigeration companies if they are authorised by the operator and are responsible for the refrigeration systems. The total number of users that an operator sees is made up of the users of the operator's own operator and the users of the refrigeration companies that are authorised for the operator's own operator. The operator's own users can be administered, those of the refrigeration companies cannot.

There are different authorisation levels that the user of an operator can have.

The Adviser¶

Adviser companies and their users help one or more operators with administration. Just like refrigeration companies, they must authorise themselves to the operators in order to gain access to their objects, etc. Advisers have the rights of all operators to whom they are authorised. Advisers can also administer the users of the relevant refrigeration companies for which they are authorised.
